We had an auto relist of a sold item. The second buyer gave us negative feedback and assumed we wouldn't sell it to him because we wanted more money. He has written this on our feedback page. eBay has admitted it was a fault in the system and the item should not have Aurora listed after being sold and had said the feedback would be removed. (After a lot of time). They have not removed the negative feedback. What can I do now as I am unhappy having this untruth on my account?
You will have to go back to Ebay and ask to speak to someone higher up. Telling you what want to hear and doing nothing is par for the course.
The only advice I can give is to keep on at ebay to remove it.
You could also bombard the ebay Twitter and Facebook account with it, as this sometimes makes them sit up and take notice.
