The listing will be in the unsold section of My Ebay, on the right hand side there will be a blue 'relist' button.
In case you're not already aware as you listed as auction + reserve + Buy It Now you will still be charged those listing fees even though it didn't sell and if you relist it the same way you will be charged the same fees a 2nd time.
Motor vehicles are always excluded from free listings.
Standard £10 listing fee - non refundable even if the car doesn't sell.
You added a BIN and a reserve price - additional non refundable fees.
Adding the BIN - £2.99
Adding the reserve - £7.99

Why not just as auction or Buy It Now?
If you use a classified ad it's a one off listing fee of £14.99, no final selling fee, ad is up for 28 days and you take it down when you have an actual cash in hand buyer.
