Did you return using tracked post and through an Ebay return case? That is the only way to do returns and get a refund.
How did you pay, refunds go back to source and are not instant, a Credit Card refund can take 3 days.
If returned through a return case, then once tracking shows as delivered, then after 3 day you escalate the case to ebay,if a refund has not been started.
No case, No Tracking then it is likely to be No refund. Ebay will only get involved if returns are done properly.
