Hi, I recently bought an item off ebay and then the sellers account was removed. I didn't receive the items and asked for a refund to which eBay immediately refunded me. The problem is my card which is connected to this account was frauded on the day of purchase and had to be cancelled so the refund has been sent to the card I made the purchase on which doesn't exist anymore, is there a way I can contact ebay about this?
