I have just sold CDs. The buyer has paid postage. She now says she has looked at my ad and it says free p&p. It does becAuse I copied and pasted. Lower in the listing it does say £2.20 p&p. I'd rather refund than argue the toss. Can anyone tell me how to refund this postage please.
