Refunds and eBays status

I purchased four garments from a company , I opened one and tried it but felt it was not what I wanted , to be fair to the company I messaged them and told them I was returning 3 of the garments that had not been opened from the original packaging  that I did not want , and I understood the return postage was my responsibility. 

The company accepted my message replied and I happily returned the three unwanted garments with a letter inside so they knew my customer details.

The company very promptly replied and on recipet of the return send me a refund to may paypal account and I was happy with the arrangment and I feel I was fair to the company who had sold me the garments in good faith which I just did not like .I have no complaints about the arrangement or the company.

However now I am getting the four garments showing as payment pending which is incorrect and I cannot hide the purchases . I just want the transactions marked as complete and lets get on with our lives but I cannot find a way to do this . I do not want to cause the company I bought from any additional work or agro just a simple removal of the said items from showing that note.

This happens after refund.  Not the best ebay system.  Just ignore it.
