I have recently accepted a return from a buyer. They didn't return it via the ebay returns system.
I made a full refund but couldn't find a method on ebay so reverted to paypal.
2 problems have arisen.
Firstly I'm not sure if the buyer originally paid by paypal
Second I'm not going to get the refund of my ebay charges by this method.
Has anyone any ideas?
