Refunding postage labels

I have accepted a return from a customer.

She has posted the item back, at her expense, and has been refunded.

However I received an invoice from eBay today for postage that I had not authorised and the ammount is more than I had originally paid to send the item.

How do I get a refund on this postage ?

Any advice/guidance would be appreciated

Sounds like the Returns Label was charged to you not your Buyer?  What Case did your Buyer Open?  Was it for an Item Not As Described or was it for something that "Didn't Fit"  or they  "Changed their Mind?"
