Hope somebody can advise please.Sold and posted item Royal Mail Int'l tracked and signed from UK to USA on 15 May 2021.Tracking on 21 May showed stuck at ISC Chicago (USPS Blackspot).US Buyer impatient and suggests I refund which I am willing to do,BUT should item reach him AFTER he receives my refund,what mechanism is there for him to pay me again should he wish to keep the item? If he returns it,how do I re-imburse him for Postage? Ebay estimate delivery by 22 June.Thanks.
