I have recently sold an item that was delayed in the post (Royal Mail) when it eventually arrived to the buyers house he was asked to pay an extra 1.50 due to weight (he has a yellow sticker stuck on fornt of the envelope) I was surprised by this as I posted a trading card which weighs very little as it is. I have decided to trust the seller and would like to rufund him the 1.50 that he has aksed for. is this possible through paypal? and if so, how is it done?
