Hi

i bought 2 items from a seller and requested them in a particular colour but  seller sent wrong colour,  return was requested and both sent back with proof of postage and seller refunded only one , why is Ebay not stepping in to help buyer at this point .

If you did the correct dispute then you will get all your money back

If you bought them together then you open one dispute and send back together

If you bought seperately then you open two disputes one for each item

Proof of purchase is no use you need tracking or the 16 digit code from a Post office receipt

and that has to be on the dispute
