Refund

Hi I sold a figurine on the 10th May now on the 8th June I'm being ask for a refund as she is saying item was broken on arrival .

It was received on the 16th May I'm finding it a bit strange it's only being reported now.

Any thoughts on course of action Thanks.

If they open a not as described dispute and within 30 days then you have to accept the item back and refund

They open the dispute and once they do you send a pre paid label for the reply

Once you have it back you refund in full

I agree it seems very odd that it has taken so long to find the fault

Nothing you can do about it
