Refund

Good day. The item I received from the seller was damaged. After some work and constant communication, we have agreed that the seller will refund me USD 900.00 Until now he hasn't refunded me and I wanted to open a case. How do I go about it? Since I can't seem to open a case at Ebay Resolution Center. Thank you.

Firstly being in the Philippines you have to log out of this UK site,  and log back into www.ebay.com to continue.

Hopefully the seller has not fobbed you off with promises to take you over the timeline to claim a refund.  You have 30 days from last estimated date for delivery to open a case for item not as described in the Resolution Centre,  link at bottom of most pages.

Promises of refunds can never be enforced,  you should always open the relevant case in the Resolution Centre for refunds

You will need to pay for that fully tracked return postage,  if it is going to another country and if the item has to go back to the States,  this could be costly.
