Myself and seller agreed to cancel an item I paid for over a week and refund still pending?

If you paid by Debit Card the funds can take a week to clear. A CC Payment can take up to 30 days.

Although seller agreed to cancel they hadn’t refunded me, Contacted eBay and they said I’d have to open dispute for item not received so I done that and have now received a full refund,
