I have refunded a buyer the amount she paid and the postage on a item she returned, basically changed her mind on a item , she is now asking for more postage money , as she returned it and it cost her more , she didnt want a printed label as she hadn't got access to a printer .
Do I have to refund the extra amount ?

No. You don't accept returns, so you didn't have to accept a change of mind return anyway. If you did, the buyer is entirely responsible for the return.
I think you were wise to accept this return. Your volume of sales is low, but you seem to be selling all new items and should almost certainly be registered as a business seller. This means that you are probably required by law to accept returns, and could face a complaint to trading standards if you didn't. Not to mention that eBay is now cooperating with HMRC to identify unregistered business seller here.
