Refund

I purchased some espadrilles, they came, really pleased  with them. Wore them and the next day I noticed the stitching was coming off on one sandal so I contacted seller, offered a 50% refund which at the time I accepted, didn't hear anything else, later on I noticed the stitching had come away from other one. I asked for a full refund this time. Seller asked for my PayPal address now they are not answering any of my questions. 
Please help!

If you haven't opened a return case do that now via More Actions on the far right of your order in Purchase History.  Then escalate it after 3 business days.  If the seller is in the UK ebay will require them to issue a paid-for postage label for you to print and use.
