I sold 4 items to the same person they were entered in my sold as 2 orders the first 3 items total including postage £27 the second 1 item totaling £10 including pstage I sent the 4 items together and refunded the extra postage paid £6 I got in touch with buyer to let them know what I'd done - not a word from buyer
Then I get the sales review? saying what the fees were and money gone in my bank it was as though it was one order nothing mentioned about the item on it's own The figures didn't add up so I had a "chat" on line about it
to cut a long story short Ebay had listed the 4 items together and my payment was £4 out according to the "chat" but I don't think he new what he was doing
Their waa nothing mentioned about my 4th item until I'd had the chat then it said it was complete
Ebay could just send 1 payment review but they sent 2 one with the full transaction on then another with the refund on you need a good brain in maths to work it out ???
