Hi, I bought the item: active snow foam pressure washer car wash cleaning concentrated shampoo-5L on Ebay and I cancelled the item after two hours. Also, when the item arrived, I refused to take the item, so the deliveryman took the item back. In addition, I have contacted the seller many times to get a refund, but he refused. I am asking Ebay to resolve this problem please. Thanks.

Sorry, but you shouldn't have refused delivery.

You should have accepted it, then opened ebay case to return it.
