After purchasing an item and being promised delivery on many occasions and problems with parts did not receive. Opened a case with Ebay who said it had gone past time to request a refund but after explaining and them looking into all the messages I was promised a refund by ebay .two phone calls later after no refund they said should not have been promised refund
Absolutely disgusting after being messed about by seller and now ebay.
