Refund

Just need to know, what happened buyer received a item and he wants a refund,what I have to do if I want my item back before when I will send them a refund, because that was happen I sent them refund and my item what was sent not come back to me,??thanks

That is correct,  when the buyer opens a case,  you do not refund until you have received the item back,  or eBay have informed you that the item has been posted.

If this is a case for item not as described,  the case will enforce you to pay for a fully tracked return postage label.  Once that is scanned at the Post Office,  you are informed the item is on its way and you need to refund your buyer.
