Refund

Still hasn't gone in? Took you a week to issue it then had to wait an extra 30 days and was promised it would go in by yesterday. Surprise surprise still hasn't. 


I want my money back now. 

I spoke to 4 different people and they said it was going in this Saturday. It states maximum of 30 days on the email you sent and its taken nearly 5 weeks.
I had to phone up 3 times for it to get issued as the staff are clueless.
I want my money back.

Did you Pay by Credit Card?  If so The Refund will show on your next Monthly Statement.
