Refund to Buyer

just want to know, how to do a refund to a buyer?

Ask the buyer to either open a returns case,  open a case for item not received,  or not as described in the Resolution Centre,  link at bottom of most pages, whichever  case applies here.

 

You then refund fully within the case details,  and within 8 days,  before the buyer can escalate to eBay,  that way there is no defect  on your account.
