Refund selling fee

Hi. eBay keeps requesting I pay a fee for an unpaid item I’ve sold. Went through the usual non payment process but this fees keep resuficing?!

Did you Close the unpaid case after 5 days to get your final value fees credited, by selecting buyer didn't pay?

If Yes & still have the fee then I'd suggest you contact CS.
