Refund/return for seller

Hi,

I recently sold an item which the buyer has messaged me to say it's apparently broken.

I stated in the post of the item that it was sold as seen, you could quite clearly see in the pictures the part she was claiming to be broken.

I offered a partial refund out of politeness, she rejected, so I thought I'm not getting anywhere with this so offered a full refund.
Does she now need to send my item back?

because nothings come up about a returns label, I've messaged the buyer and asked when will she send my item back and she said that she needs a returns label which I'm not quite sure how to do?

can anyone help please

"sold as seen" is quite meaningless I'm afraid as the buyer has not seen the item [they may have seen a photo]

I take it you haven't actually refunded the buyer yet?

If not, the correct procedure is to ask them to open a not as described case under eBay's money back guarantee. EBay will process the refund, and enable you to send the buyer a prepaid return label if you want the item back. Your final value fee will be credited back to your account. The case will not harm your account provided you agree to the refund.
