Refund postage to buyer

Hi, I over estimated the postage cost & I want to refund the buyer. Have no idea how to do this. Any advice?

You are so wise!  The default is indeed "the whole lot" so very careful before pressing "send"

The amount charged does include packing, ebays fees and other items so it's not just the stamps.  If it is really more that a £1 or so you can send a Paypal payment

I went into my PayPal account & the buyers name is there & the amount they paid, there's a button that says refund. I was too scared to press it incase it refunded the full amount, will it give me an option as to how much I can refund?
