Refund of fees after item returned

I sold an item which had to be returned as it was faulty. I refunded the buyer and wondered how ( if ) my seller fee can be cancelled?

Send the buyer a cancellation request, and if they accept it your fees will be refunded.  If they ignore it you can close it yourself after 10 days for a refund. But if they decline it you will still have to pay the fees.
