I seem to have been duped by a seller who supplied a faulty trail camera. By e-mail he agreed to supply another one for £5.00 postage. That did not work either so I returned both items to his address. I have not received a refund. I have full transcripts of all conversations and record of the delivery. When I try to raise the issue with e-bay I seem to go round in circles.
Any advice welcome. Just being able to contact ebay would help.
If it's within 30 days of original delivery you can start a "not as described" return on the far right of your order in Purchase History. Escalate it after 3 business days.
