Hi there, I have a problem with getting my money back from the seller.
I have bought a bag, did not like it, requested a return as the seller offered it within 14 days of purchasing.
First of all it took well over a week to get the return details and to accept the return, then I eventually sent it back on 29/05 using EBay return label, the parcel was delivered on 31/01 and signed by the seller, now 7 days later and one extra email from me to the seller asking what's going on and still nothing.
I don't understand why the tracking number is not updated on the return details page, it only says that seller still awaiting my return, I did check and the bag was delivered 100%. Somehow eBay did not charge me for that label yet, I never done this before but I thought they should charge me before I be able to print the label.
This sytuation is really unclear to me and I don't know what to to next.
Does anyone knows any link I could contact eBay customer support from via email or any advice? All I found was phone number to call them but I rather send them an email.
