Refund money has taken from my bank account

Hi. 

I got refund of one product. But, this refund 6,39 euros is taken away from my bank account, not refunded. Now I paid it twice. Can not find contact info straight to the Ebay to discuss this case. 

Any help?

I do not what pay 2x price of the prosuct which was wrong (iPhone camera lens, bought iPhone 7 lens got iPhone 6 lens).
