Refund issued by seller but no credited to bank account or PayPal

The seller advised me the refund was processed on 10.06.21 i have still not received this into my original payment method which was my card or my PayPal account. Can someone help please?

It the payment was made from paypal then it is immdiate

If it was from a debit card it can take up to 7 days to show on your account

If a credit card then it can be up to 30 days to show on your statement

What does it say on the item in your Purchase history

there should be some indication that the money was refunded

Was purchased through debit card.

On purchase tab it says refunded but it has never credited to my account.

I have went through this before but it doesn't state anywhere what to do if the seller is saying the refund has been processed but i have not received it

All you can do is to contact ebay and ask them. To contact ebay then top or bottom of the page under Seller help or help and contact Scroll down for contact details It will be call me back or chat with us
