Refund given but not received

I bought toilet rolls from a company which were not to description and requested a refund. I received mini toilet rolls that were not to British standard sizes. 

The comapany I bought from has since been removed from the site I presume by eBay. 

I went through the resolution centre to request a return and refund.

I have received a message that a refund was given although I have checked both PayPal and bank, I am still waiting but how long do I wait for?

I am unable to return the goods as the company has been totally removed from site.

Refunds return to the source of your original payment. If it was funded using a debit card with or without Paypal the money returns to your bank account but takes about a week to get there. Payment from your credit card returns to your card and takes up to 30 days.
