Refund for wrong order sent by seller

Hi

I have a problem with the seller who sent me the wrong order in the wrong quantity. After notifying him, I received a message about the need to return, and I will receive a full refund.

Unfortunately, after returning the order, the seller refunded me only half, because the number was not correct.

What can I do with it next?

I suspect that you did not use the correct system for a return, and without tracking there is no point in trying to rectify it now.

Unless you use the approved way for returns then you have no means of getting a full refund, in fact you are lucky to get anything at all.

The system is set out in the Money Back Guarantee, TOP RIGHT OF EVERY LISTING, which would have got you a reply paid label which would have been entered onto the case when scanned at the post office.  Opening the proper case now would get you an unuseable label as you have nothing to return.

It sounds to me that you simply sent it back.  You should have opened a not as described case in the resolution centre.  The seller would send a label and when returned refunded in full.

If you follow that system he can not do otherwise.  If you did not open a case and used tracked postage you might be able to do so now.
