Refund for item not as described

Hi there,

I recently purchased a japanese war memorobilia claiming to be a kamikaze headband in the photos it all looked legit and judging by the sellers feedback it seemed safe so I decided to purchase but only after I purchased have I managed to verify that the japanese writing on the headband is not infact say "kamikaze" but something else. Will I be able to get a refund for this item even if I see the photos before hand but couldnt translate the writing?

Yes open an EBay Returns Case for Item Not As Described in the Resolution Centre. Escalate the Case after 4 days for EBay to Step in if the Seller has not Accepted the Return.
