Hi, my account was hacked last week and I reported it as soon as the fraudster ordered from my account. It was paid for on my husband's saved card and I'm struggling to get a refund for him. His bank have now frozen his card and is issuing a new one. The eBay help pages just keep sending me round in circles and the seller can't do anything outside of eBay ( quite rightly). What can I try next? Is there a number I can call? Thanks for reading ❤️
Have you entered "Hacked Account" into Help and Contact at the top or very foot of the Page?
Contact card company & open unauthorised use claim.
