Refund a refund!

Hello folks, any help will be much appreciated !

I refunded money to a buyer, now he wants to keep the item.  I dont appear to be able to issue a second invoice, and the buyer dosnt know how to return my money.

Any ideas please?

Log onto your Paypal account and 'Request money' and send a request for the amount owed to your buyer. They can then pay for it via Paypal.

Hi and thank you for your support. I have requested the buyers email address, should be ok from here if all goes well!!
