I am having an absolute nightmare reducing the price of one of my items.
The item has a price of £16.99 currently, and I would like to reduce it to £13.99.
Each time I revise the listing, and enter the new lower price, and then preview or submit, the price is still £16.99, and my changes aren't retained.
I have tried on both mobile and PC, and nothing works.
I don't have any offers on the products either (I saw this was a common reason).
Any help would be much appreciated - I want to avoid creating a new listing.
You have revised postage several times on 30th May, so that's not the issue.
I suspect you are trying to lower the price for 1 item to below the multiple price,
have you revised all prices?
You must also correctly register as abusiness before ebay suspend you.
Thanks for the reply.
Just to be clear, I file a Self Assessment each year through HMRC with my personal income anyway, but there is this excerpt from the gov.uk website that is in contradiction with your advice:
When you need to set up as a sole trader
You need to set up as a sole trader if any of the following apply:
Given that my 12 months revenue has only been £400, I can't see how I am expected to set up a business account yet?
Regardless, I was unable to find how to set up as a Sole Trader (do you know how this could be done)? I don't think setting up an LLC and paying accountancy fees will leave me with any profit at all...
