My nectar card is linked to my eBay account and I've never had a problem collecting points.
The problem I have is that I can't seem to redeem them. Every time I follow the links on eBay and nectar it says sorry there's a problem connecting, please try later.
This message has been coming up for over a year now. How am I supposed to spend my nectar points?
