Reclaiming Postage label costs - that were not used, purchased through eBay.

Does anyone know how to find the lable that you rdered through eBay, so that you can get the code, and reclaim the cost from PackLink.  As I cannot find the reference code anywhere.  The label eBay had me d, was not sufficient to cover / insure against pastal loss.  !!!

Go to My eBay > Selling, click on Postage Labels in the lefthand column, find the label and select Refund from the Actions column on the right.
