This is either a seller making a mistake sending items to the wrong buyer. If you have recently purchased anything from eBay, find that seller, click on their listing, then down the left hand side click on sold. Do any items there correspond with what you have received? If so, message that seller to send you enough postage to cover a tracked postage to send it back to them.
