How to tell eBay I got a damaged item? Bought it as Guest, although I have an account (don´t ask me why). It is impossible to fill in the forms. If I log in no bought item show up, if I log in as Guest they want me to register an account (which I already have). Now, to mess it up, the damaged item is one of 5 items in a package (plastic things). I contacted the seller who directed me to eBay because their international transport guarantee. What to do?
