Received an item which I never ordered

Received an item in the post which I never ordered by a company called Amaan Distribution Ltd. They appear to be on eBay selling all sorts of products but I've never ordered anything from them, has this happened to anyone? No funds appear to be deducted from my account but noticed my name is spelt differently on the package.

We have had a spate of these reports in the last couple of weeks, not necessarily regarding the same seller.  As advised by @tressygirl  you are not obliged to return at your cost.  Do not get into protracted email discussions with them either.
