Received a broken item;
I placed an order for a Christmas decoration on the 15th of December 2020 at 8:26 pm the price was £2.79 plus postage I received this item broken I contacted the seller and they said they were going to send me a replacement I've contacted the seller since and they sent me a message back telling me to wait I still have not received the replacement item and I cannot get anywhere
So this is why I am sending you an email

You are just about in time to do a case with Paypal - only just! Go to their site and register with this link.

Open a "not as described" case and escalate after 2 days and before 20 days. You will have to returne everything and should get a refund for the whole price.
I cannot understand why you have waited so long when the Ebay Money Back guarantee is 30 DAYS. It is on every listing top right and is ignored by all the people who ask similar questions on here.#
If you paid by Paypal they do allow 180 days but that is for not received, and I doubt they will help as you have waited so long to do anything.
NEVER wait for replacements or parts always go for a refund. Sellers know the rules and will delay just to get you out of time as has happened in this case.
