Reached my selling limits

Hiya

I have been a top rated seller for 10 years at the most. The passed 18 months have been a little struggle, i will admit, being high risk and not able to get to post offices etc has caused my selling to become poor, cancelling orders etc. I admit that its been poor, but now things are pretty much back on the up, ive been getting back into selling. However... Ive apparently reached my limits due to being below standard which im gutted about, im really struggling to contact eBay to basically beg to sell. Can anyone help with this?

Im out on a wim here, but im really frustrated 😞
