My seller has asked carrier to take my address of parcel and put someone else’s on ?

my item is currently at carriers depot, I received message from carrier asking to confirm my address as seller has requested a new address to be put on ...not mine I may add that my item had not been delivered and is late any help is appreciated over £100 spent

I think you can now escalate after just 3 days.  If so do so as soon as possible.  

I think it is pretty unlikely that the carrier would amend the address though.  I'd query how easy it really would be to proactively find any single parcel!
