Can anyone tell me how to contact eBay please? Preferably during the day. I need help with a problem that has been previously misunderstood by eBay. I was lucky enough to contact an eBay rep in America last week who understood, he passed it on to a UK rep who suggested I keep my returns request open when I do not want to return as it will cost more than the items worth. I tried to reply to the the UK rep to explain this from my email where she contacted me but it wouldn’t send, I don’t think my items will arrive as had problems with the seller before and want to be able to open a ‘not received request’, if I need to.

Your return case will close just after 17th June as you have nothing to return.

 

Your vases are due to arrive by the 10th August,if you don't receive them 1 day after this or they are damaged then you must open a case with PayPal for either not as described (damaged) or not received,you wont be able to open another case with eBay.

Thank you for your helpful information. The good news is that I have been refunded today for the vases, another eBay rep contacted me last night and advised it best to leave returns request open and today I was refunded! Thank goodness, it was all so tiresome but everything’s okay now and the case has been closed too.
