Cancelled order

I have just had a refund on an item because apparently I cancelled the purchase. I did not cancel the order at all and I don't know how to contact the seller and the EBay "help" section is useless. What can I do?

You can't force the seller to deliver.  Seller used the excuse "Buyers Request"as it got his fee refunded.

You should leave NEGATIVE FEEDBACK , just saying "Seller would not honour the sale". If you say too much you can so easily find that seller can get it removed because you have said something not allowed.
