I have posted an item, buyer says they have not received it. I have a receipt with reference no 16 digits. (Posted 2nd class £3.20) But not able to track item when I go into Royal Mail website. Any advice on what I can do next? Thanks
The first thing to do is to make sure it is on the item in your sold section.
You should always do that straight away as soon as you post it and before a buyer opens a dispute
The 16 digit code is accepted for tracking.
They are sometimes slow to upload.
If they have opened the dispute then I would contact RM and ask them about it.
May not do any good but all you can do
If the buyer wins a not received dispute then you claim for a lost item
you can do that online
