They did not break the rules with feedback, you did.
Leaving a false positive for a buyer is serious feedback abuse and your 1st page of feedback left shows over 10% of such violations - they can damage your account more than any neg.
As you left insulting rule breaking feedback before the buyer left the neg - what exactly is your complaint?
