Hi having big trouble with a saller not answering me about rattan sofa it's a load of rubbish not worth money PayPal can't help and Ebay can't help because I contacted PayPal help help
It does sound then that you will not get any refund. Both eBay and PP cover items which are faulty on receiep [ or of poor quality]. In 99% of cases the item does have to be returned - there is no option. It is highly unlikely [to put it mildly] that an oversea seller would give a reduction out of the goodness of their hearts
If it is within 180 days I don't know why you think PP cannot help. You open a "not as described case" with Paypal and escalate after 2 days and before 20 days. You may well have to return it at your cost [which will be tricky with such a large obeject] but you should get a full refund of what you paid but probably not the return cost. If it is after 180 days there is nothing you can do sadly
You have to use ebay's Resolution Centre to open a case and get your money back.
Did you open a case in Paypal? If you didn't then you should open an ebay case now.
If you've opened a Paypal case you can't open another one with ebay so you need to follow the Paypal case through. Unfortunately you'll have to bear the cost of returning the sofa yourself with Paypal.
