Raise A Case Against a buyer

Looking for help:

 

Buyer reported that there was a missing piece on an item they bought. I have evidence via social media, that the item  including the missing piece was received by them intact. 

 

They have raised a refund case, which I stupidly accpeted the return (before I had this new information), is there a way to stop the return case and report the buyer

You correctly accepted the return ,  as cases are all automated,  no human contact ,  so once opened ,  you have to comply.

 

Then,  you have 30 days to appeal.

 

So,  with the evidence you have after the case has closed ,  call eBay Customer Service,   and appeal the decision to refund.

 

To contact eBay Customer Support type in Advanced Search in the Help & Contact tab top of your eBay page , and scroll down to bottom of that page, there should be two options for contact, Chat with Us, and Have Us Call you. Both will give an approximate waiting time too.
